IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS
1. Make sure you install the latest Microsoft Jet service pack.
This makes sure that you have the latest bug fixes to Microsoft Jet
(Access).
To download the latest Jet 4.0 Service Pack, see the following Knowledge Base article:

2. Enhancement support for
MS Access 2000 HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED.
Although ART/ABT will still work and version 05.017 will still be supported through year-end,
no additional updates will be made to the 2000 version.
We encourage all of our Access
2000 customers to upgrade to Access 2003 as soon as possible.

Though the years, we have become intimate with
the workings of most back office systems, where no systems truly
stood out. A few years ago, with the advent of their
"Windows" product, it became clear to us that the
"TRAMS Back Office for Windows " Accounting Software was
the system that would fulfill the needs of most travel agencies and
therefore dominate the market. Apparently we proved to be correct.
We understand no matter how well thought out any
system is, custom features are often needed. The reporting and
budgeting functions
of "TRAMS Back Office for Windows" are no exception. As a
result, we decided to develop our own reporting and budgeting packages utilizing
the existing "TRAMS Back Office for Windows " database. We
don't pretend to have all the answers, nor do we think we can
visualize all of your specialized needs, that's why we think our
report customization is an important aspect of our product/service.
